This privacy notice applies to visitors to the Lifestyle Compass website, people who contact us about the service, and people who access the password-protected demonstrator.

It does not cover the use of Lifestyle Compass within an NHS or other healthcare service. Any operational pilot or commissioned service involving patient information will have separate, service-specific privacy information explaining the relevant organisations, data flows and governance arrangements.

2. Important information about the demonstrator

The Lifestyle Compass demonstrator is an illustrative, pre-pilot version intended for discussion, evaluation and testing.

Please do not enter any real patient information, identifiable personal information or genuine health information into the demonstrator. Use fictional or test information only.

The public website and demonstrator are not clinical services. They do not provide individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not be used to seek urgent or routine medical assistance.

We do not ask for or intentionally collect patient health information through this public website.
